About the App

Universal Bites is a free iOS app that helps you discover, track, and rate food and drinks at Universal Studios events including Mardi Gras and Halloween Horror Nights. The app is provided by Isaac Shough.

Universal Bites is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Universal Studios, NBCUniversal, or any of their partners. Universal Studios, Mardi Gras, and Halloween Horror Nights are trademarks of their respective owners. Menu items, prices, and event details in the app are provided for informational purposes only and may not always reflect current offerings.

Use of the App

You agree to use Universal Bites for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the app
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the app's source code
• Use the app in any way that could harm other users or the service

Your Content

When you submit ratings or reviews through the app, you're responsible for making sure they're accurate and honest. We reserve the right to remove content that we believe is misleading, harmful, or inappropriate.

Accuracy of Information

We do our best to keep food item details, prices, and availability up to date, but menus change and we can't guarantee everything is perfectly accurate. Always verify with park staff before making a purchase, especially if you have dietary restrictions or allergies.

iCloud and Your Data

The app uses iCloud to sync your saved items, ratings, and favorites across your devices. Your data is stored in your personal iCloud account and governed by Apple's iCloud terms of service.

Limitation of Liability

Universal Bites is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in menu or pricing information, or for any issues that arise from decisions made based on the app's content. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app (which is nothing, since it's free).

Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
